Tickets
Every customer contact becomes a ticket — categorized, prioritized, and assignable. Complaints are a category here but also have their own filtered view.

Payments
Recording a payment and verifying it are two different steps by two different people — a submitted payment always needs someone other than the recorder to confirm it before it counts as verified.

Refund requests
A refund can never be approved or rejected by the same staff member who requested it.

Excess Payment Refunds
Requests from customers who sent more than they owed for a subscription. Review the receipt, then Approve; once the money has actually been sent back, mark it Refunded. The customer is emailed when a request is approved, refunded or cancelled.

Collections
Recurring pickups, assigned to Field Staff. Field workers see and act on only their own jobs at /?page=field.

Broadcast notification
Sends an in-app notification to every customer's notification center.
Previously sent
Editing here corrects what customers see going forward (including anyone who hasn't opened it yet) — it doesn't re-notify people who already read it.
Automation overview
A single reminder email/SMS fires once a subscription enters its final 7 days, and an expiry email/SMS fires as soon as the system detects that it has lapsed. SMS is only used when a customer has no email on file. The automated sweep runs about every 15 minutes, with an additional on-demand option here.

Team
Every staff member has their own account and role. What this screen shows is a convenience — permissions are enforced by the server regardless.

Role Permissions
Main Admin controls access by role. Everyone assigned to the same role receives the same permissions, so changing a role updates access consistently for every person in that role.
Reports
Export the data you're already permitted to see, as CSV. Nothing here exposes data outside your own permission scope — each export reuses the same admin endpoints as the rest of the portal.
Audit Log
Who did what, to what, and when — for sensitive actions (team management, payments, refunds, collection assignment/completion, ticket resolution, settings changes). Sign-ins are not logged here; see Team for last-login times. Newest first, most recent 500 entries.
